Powerpoints #6: Trace Evidence Seems To Confirm More Than One Perpetrator At Scene

This is Judge Paolo Micheli explaining his sentencing of Rudy Guede on 28 October:

[Judge] Micheli agreed with prosecutors that more than one person took part in the sexual assault and murder, dismissing claims that the 47 bruises and knife wounds on Kercher’s body could have been made by a single attacker….  adding that while footprints there [in the house] might not definitely belong to Knox and Sollecito, they did indicate more than one attacker.

Will the judges and jury in the Knox and Sollecito trial early next year reach the same conclusion? It does look probable.

This Powerpoint is a hypothesis about six of those footprints. There seems to have been some sort of clean-up to try to hide them.

But they were revealed by luminol on the floor of the house. An analysis of evidence already in the public domain (there may be more) does point to the presence of three pairs of feet.

A sole-perpetrator theory of the crime might just be viable with two pairs of feet. But it is hard to see how a lone-perpetrator theory can hold up if there were three pairs of feet.

“By LAwriter on the post “‘Why CBS Should Report Better - Way Better - On This Case”“

Kermit and Pete,

A couple things about the site; I’m guessing English is not your native language, which makes it difficult to understand what you are trying to say in several places on the site.

More importantly, the “mistakes” that you…”

Thanks Rob. I found it. On the post of 18 September.

And the CBS video does still work. Readers might like to play it and judge for themselves how good it was.

Today’s reload of the site onto our new server space went slightly wrong.

All the older comments under the posts have gone awol!

We really want those back there.

So the guys will need to take the site down late tonight US time for (I hope) just a few minutes for another reload.

Thanks for all the reading and the support.

“rob” number one must be referring to a version of English I don’t speak, since I have no trouble whatsoever understanding them (Kermit and Pete, that is).😊

Maybe rob could indicate exactly where the English is less than crystal clear so it can be amended if need be.

Rob was actually ticked at someone else who made that remark in a comment on an old post about CBS. He was ridiculing him or her.

Follow the link in my 06:09 pm comment to read what the visitor posted.

The CBS video of the weak report is still up there too, and I think he or she made a real mistake drawing attention back to it.

But why should I complain?!

I see now where rob was coming from. The link works for me, Pete. BTW, I couldn’t really grasp totally what LA Writer was trying to say. Must be that West Coast English.
